All Àanú Fashion House deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Each order is lovingly packed in our signature box and designed with a unique cultural note to elevate your purchase experience

We ship domestic UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and international orders via DHL. Please note that once an order has left our studio, any delays by Royal Mail or DHL are outside our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, kindly email us at info@aanufashionhouse.com, and we will immediately assist.

Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 10 extra business days during new collection launches or sale periods.

Tracking is provided end-to-end by both Royal Mail and DHL.

Important: Please do not refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you reject delivery, return shipping charges and any related fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Details

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During busy times (e.g., launches or sales), this may extend by up to 10 business days.

Delivery Timelines:

• UK: 3-5 working days (Royal Mail UK)

 

• International: 5-8 working days (DHL)

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before checkout, especially for international orders

Note: Customs clearance delays and local import charges are not within our control.
