All Aanu Fashion House deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Each order is lovingly packed in our signature box and designed with a unique cultural note to elevate your purchase experience.

We ship domestic UK orders via Royal Mail and international orders via DHL. Please note that once an order has left our studio, any delays by Royal Mail or DHL are outside our control. If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, kindly email us at info@aanufashionhouse.com and we will immediately assist.

Due to high order volumes, dispatch may take up to 10 extra business days during new collection launches or sale periods.

Tracking is provided end-to-end by both Royal Mail and DHL.

Important: Please do not refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you reject delivery, return shipping charges and any related fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Details

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy times (e.g., launches or sales), this may extend by up to 10 business days.

Delivery Timelines:

UK: 3-5 working days (Royal Mail)

International: 38 - 10 working days (DHL)

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before checkout, especially for international orders.

Free UK shipping on orders over 100

Free international shipping on orders over £350

Customs & Import Duties:

EU Countries

Since Brexit, all EU shipments may incur customs and duties fees. These are applied by local authorities and are unfortunately out of our hands.

USA

Orders under USD 800 typically aren’t subject to customs duties. For orders over this value, we recommend splitting your purchase into smaller orders where possible to avoid fees.

Please be aware:

• Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

• Charges are assessed by U.S. Customs and not by Aanu Fashion House.

• These costs are not shown at checkout.

If delivery is refused, the package will be returned. DHL charges a return fee, which we will deduct from any eligible refund. If we don’t hear from you, the package may be considered abandoned and disposed of. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued in such cases.

International Orders

• Import duties and taxes are not included in your checkout total.

• These are calculated by your local customs agency and vary by country.

• You can get an estimate by contacting your local postal/customs office.

If you reject delivery due to customs fees:

• Your order will be returned to us.

• DHL will charge a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• If the parcel is abandoned by DHL, no refund will be processed

Returns: Shipping fees for returns are paid by the customer.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been dispatched and is en route, it cannot be cancelled.
