We want you to love your Aanu Fashion House piece, but if something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and convenient.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in approved, saleable condition:

• All original tags must be intact.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Items must be free of make-up stains, scents, damage, or any signs of wear.

• Items must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.

We maintain these standards to ensure every customer receives pieces that meet our quality promise.

How to Return

1. Visit our Returns Centre.

2. Enter your email address and order number. You can find this in your order confirmation email or by logging into your Aanu Fashion House account.

3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return and provide a reason. Your honest feedback helps us improve!

4. Choose your refund method:

• original payment method

• Store credit

5. Select your return shipping method:

• Use your courier

• Request a prepaid return label from us

(Note: Return costs are deducted from your refund unless the item is defective.)

6. If you choose your courier, we recommend using a tracked service. Aanu Fashion House is not liable for lost or delayed parcels. You may also incur customs charges beyond our control.

7. Our prepaid returns option helps avoid international customs fees (for private customers).

8. Print the return label and securely pack your item(s), including your original packing bag and slip.

9. Drop off your return at the appropriate courier location:

• UK: RoyalMail drop-off

• International: Authorised DHL drop-off

10. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

Exchangess

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
